Gebrateq has designed and manufactured a number of Industrial ovens for various clients. Clients can specify any configuration, we will have a look at it and come back to you.
Typical design specifications:
- Internal dimensions w x h x l in mm = 2300 x 600 x 2900mm [Client dependent].
- 50mm Square tubing frame with feet to be able to manoeuver oven with a forklift / pallet truck.
- 50mm “rockwool” insolation claded both sides with galvanized plate.
- Double door with container type closing latch.
- Four fans blowing over 1,5 kW elements covered by 40mm ducting – three phase electrical connection point.
- Silicone seal at door entrance.
- Option to let fans blow without the elements switched on (cooling fans).
- Electronic temperature control with one set point (set value can be set as per you requirement e.g. 60 / 70 / 80 degrees C etc. by yourself). Max. rating of oven 110 Degree C. [This can be a fully programmable controller with temperature logging, client dependent].
- Special alarm condition control to ensure that 90 degree C is not exceeded.
- Four free running / gravity roller conveyers: Diam.57mm rollers electro galvanized @ 150mm pitch; 400mm wide, mounting frame epoxy coated and 2500mm long.
